This Unusual New East Lansing Store Is Made Entirely of Vending Machines
You know how sometimes you walk into a store and think, "OK, this is different"?
That pretty much sums up VendHubb, a new spot at 205 M.A.C. Avenue in downtown East Lansing.

VendHubb opened in late August as Michigan State students returned to town.
What Is VendHubb in East Lansing?
The concept is exactly what the name suggests: a whole store built around vending machines.

If you think we're just talking candy bars, chips, and cans of pop, think again.
What Can You Buy From VendHubb’s Vending Machines?
The machines at VendHubb can dispense hot pizza, breakfast, lunch and dinner options, fresh-baked goods, snacks, and drinks (including energy drinks). There's even a machine where you can get headphones. Because apparently someone finally realized that at 1:30 in the morning, you may need pizza AND a new pair of headphones, and you don't want to make two stops.
VendHubb Stays Open Late in Downtown East Lansing
Jennifer and Robert Slocum are behind VendHubb, and the place stays open as late as 3 a.m., which feels like a smart idea for downtown East Lansing.

Seems kind of futuristic, doesn't it? We've gone from vending machines that ate your dollar and refused to drop your Snickers to vending machines that can apparently handle dinner.
It’s Not Just for Michigan State Students
And while MSU students are probably the obvious audience, this isn't necessarily just a college-kid thing. If you're in downtown with the family, need something quick, or just want to see a store full of machines serving up everything from baked goods to hot food, it's certainly different.

VendHubb might be one of the more unusual new businesses to pop up around East Lansing lately.

And yes, I kind of want to go just to watch a machine make me a pizza.
